Love Island's Connor Durman has been labelled 'controlling' after coupling up with Sophie Piper and putting all his eggs in her basket.
The star, originally from Worthing, became upset after Sophie expressed her excitement about two new Islanders joining the show and branded her 'disrespectful'.
Viewers were quick to have their say on Connor's behaviour on social media, with many issuing Rochelle's sister warnings about his behaviour.
Connor's ex-girlfriend Stevie-Leigh Pich has now revealed that she is surprised to see him on the show at all.
Stevie-Leigh told The Sun newspaper, 'I was approached for Love Island last year, he told me I’d never get on it so I never expected him to apply for it.'
She also revealed she had no idea he cheated on her, until she tuned into the show and heard it straight from the horse's mouth.
'I never thought he had cheated on me but from some of the stuff he has said it appears that he did,' she said.
In the press pack, Connor revealed details of his best ever date, revealing, 'I’ve actually already had the best date. When I was in Sydney, I met this girl on Instagram and messaged her because we had mutual friends.
'I booked this cinema in the park with a double bed, bottle of champagne and we watched A Star Is Born - best first date ever.'
Stevie-Leigh said, 'It’s such a massive shock. He told me he was going to see A Star is Born with two male friends - I had no reason to suspect him.
'To find out like that it was another girl is awful. He seems to be saying all sorts.
'I didn’t know he had slept with 100 girls.'
However a source close to Connor told the newspaper, 'Stevie-Leigh and Connor’s relationship was very on and off so it’s not fair to say he ever cheated on her.'
Meanwhile in the villa, Eve Gale was the first person to be dumped on Friday night's episode.
