I'm really hooked on ITV’s Love Island. I know I know, it’s reality TV at it’s absolute worst (or best, depending which way you look at it), but there’s something strangely addictive watching a bunch of guys and girls peacock themselves until someone notices and they all pair up. So sue me OK, I like Love Island.
There is one really weird thing about it though, and it’s all down the presenter Caroline Flack. Caroline, where are you?! I’m on episode 11 now and the only appearances you have made is in a pre-recorded snippet after the opening credits to say: ‘this summer, it's survival of the finest.’ This is replayed at the start of every episode, and you’re wearing the exact same playsuit. It is a lovely playsuit I’ll give you that, but surely being the host of a TV show requires a little more interaction than a jingle and rocking up on a boat once a week for 5 minutes while someone gets evicted? According to Heat, she's back out there this week. we will be keeping our eyes peeled.
So instead of doing her job and presenting Love Island (which seems like pretty sweet deal to me), this is what she’s been getting up to instead.
She went to Glastonbury
Ok we get it, everyone in the world went to Glastonbury and they had a fantastic time – but during your trip, Tom's ex arrived in the villa and him and Sophie's relationship went into meltdown. The islanders needed you, come on Caroline.
She dressed up in a nice dress for a wedding
We're applauding Caz for a great outfit choice in this one, bravo. This dress would have also looked great on the island when presenting, however.
She hung out with make up artist Lou Teasdale
Maybe they were discussing her next makeup look for that third Love Island appearance?
She did some yoga
We’re really jealous we can’t get our leg in this position. Still though, when will we see Flack on the show? Get back on that island, please and thank you.
