Lady Gaga has been dating her sound engineer Dan Horton – but Gaga herself has seemingly confirmed that the couple have gone their separate ways. Even though she tumbled off the stage in Las Vegas last week with a fan, the singer still managed to make it to her best friend – and make-up artist – Sarah Tanno's hen party, where she got candid.
'I might be in a lot of pain but I couldn’t miss my best friends bachelorette dinner,' she shared on her Instagram story over the weekend. '[She's] about to be married woman and me, a single lady,' she wrote, alongside a glamorous selfie of the pair. 'Also thanks @hauslabs for the makeup.' (The singer recently set up beauty brand Haus Labs with Tanno.)

It was reported in July that the pair were spotted kissing over a lunch date in California - making it her first romance since her engagement to Christian Carino ended earlier this year. At the time, a source told E! News, ‘[Lady Gaga] is glad the news is out and that she doesn't have to hide it as she wants to be able to go out and do things with him.’
Horton’s ex-wife also (subtly) confirmed the news when the story initially broke that the pair were together. Autumn Guzzardi, who is a theatre actor, was quick to comment. Sharing a headshot of herself on Instagram, Guzzardi – who was married to Horton for five years – simply captioned it, ’Poker Face #actress #broadway #headshot #nyc #musicals #offbroadway #rock #beauty #pop.’
