Kylie Jenner, the pair have most recently got laser eye surgery together. And then they threw a party to celebrate. (Casual.)
Stassie documented the whole thing on her YouTube channel, where you can watch the model in the operating room with Kylie. She says that after their follow-up appointment, they learn that they can see ‘20:15, better than 20:20.’ Obviously, they then throw a party – to celebrate their ‘birthday of sight’, wearing matching latex dresses, which have massive eyeballs printed on them. (In the video, when they’re on their way to the party, Kylie shouts, ‘My sight has been born, it’s my fucking birthday.’)
But, what is Lasik? Lasik is the most common laser eye surgery to treat myopia (short sightedness), hyperopia (long sightedness) and astigmatism. According to All About Vision, ‘The Lasik procedure reshapes the front surface (cornea) of the eye to enable light entering the eye to focus on the retina without glasses or contact lenses.’ The surgery is pain-free. Vision improvement is immediate and it usually takes a day to get back to normal.
