To put it lightly, there has been a lot of controversy surrounding Kylie Jenner recently. After posting her heartbreak over all the animals dying in the Australian fires to her Instagram story, she was then branded a hypocrite for posting a photo of mink Louis Vuitton sliders shortly afterwards. And then, on Monday, she shared a glamorous photo of herself sitting in front of a fireplace and captioned it 'find ur fire'. (After fan comments pointed out the disaster, Kylie quickly edited the caption to, 'night out' and deleted the fire emoji.)

Now, it seems she wants to prove that she does care about the crisis - and has donated $1million to the relief efforts, according to the DailyMail. Kylie, who was named the world’s youngest self-made billionaire by Forbes last year, joinsMargot Robbie{ =nofollow}, who donated an undisclosed amount after posting a tearful video to Instagram, and Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban, who have donated $500,000 to the Australian Rural Fire Service.

Her sisters Kim Kardashian-West and Khloé Kardashian{ =nofollow}recently hit back at criticism, after people claimed they hadn’t shown enough support for the relief efforts. Kim replied to a now-deleted tweet that claimed the family hadn't donated anything - 'Nothing gets me more heated than to see the Kardashians/Jenners talk about climate change/wildfires and not donate even a penny,' - writing, 'Nothing gets me more heated than to see people think they know what we donated to and to think we have to publicize everything.'

Khloé then retweeted Kim’s reply, adding a Bible quote, ‘Modern King James Version. Therefore when you do your merciful deeds, do not sound a trumpet before you, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, so that they may have glory from men. Truly I say to you, they have their reward.’
