Kim Kardashian has launched a Kimoji range of emojis. Now there’s the most 2015 sentence I have ever written.
The reality star launched her line of emojis yesterday to much fanfare on the internet. And if you have questions (we had so many), we’ve got some answers for you.
Firstly, WTF. What Are The Kimoji Emojis?
The theme is (unsurprisingly) Kim Kardashian herself with her ugly cry face, Kim with cornrows, pregnant Kim, Kim taking a belfie, Kim pole dancing, Kim contouring getting the emoji treatment. But there are also some emojis Kim assumedly wanted for herself and never got, like a giant peach covered in frosting, a waist trainer, a red cup, a gummy bear, a black credit card, and the ‘Married’ jacket she wore after hitching Kanye West.
Just THINK of the convos you could have with those – and if you need inspo, Kim has created sample conversations on her Instagram page.
‘I wanted to do really fun, different Emojis that you don’t see on your phone,’ Kim told Rolling Stone back in July, revealing that she would only work with graphic designers approved by Kanye.
She also added, ‘I don’t want any family members on it. They’ll all want a piece.’ Ouch. We bet Kris would have wanted one. We would.
Where Can I Download Kimojis?
The app store on your iPhone.
How Much Do Kimojis Cost
£1.49 from the App store.
What's The Most Popular Kimoji?
We}re not sure, but apparently, the Kimojis have already broken the internet/app store. Apple’s app store crashed on Monday when they launched. Kim tweeted: ‘Ahhhhhhhh I still can’t believe we broke the entire App Store!!!! #KIMOJI.’
Is There A Security Risk With Kimojis?
Apparently, the app can collect anything a user types or has typed in the past, including credit card details, etc. The app does warn users: ‘Full access allows the developer of this keyboard to transmit anything you type, including things you have previously typed with this keyboard. This could include sensitive information like your credit card number or street address.’
There have been some bad reviews already on the app store, with users complaining of glitches and keyboards dissappearing too, but Kim insists this is being worked on.
