You know how you and your best friend have a special coded way of talking that nobody else really understands? Well North West does; Kim Kardashian has posted a video of daughter North and her BFF Penelope Disick babbling away to each other on Instagram.
The video was taken on Kim’s niece (and North’s best friend) Penelope Disick’s fourth birthday and shows the two girls just doing their thing.
