You might be surprised when finding out which of the Kardashians makes the most money on Instagram… Because it isn’t the family member with the most followers. According to a new study, apparently Kendall Jenner makes the most cash on Instagram with sponsored posts, that’s despite only having 131million followers - less than Kylie Jenner’s 180million and Kim Kardashian{
Kendall apparently charges £560K per ad, meaning she’s raked in £21.2million in the last 12 months. Meanwhile, Kylie charges £1.2million, but as she has taken on less sponsored posts, she’s made only £16.2million. Kim doesn’t charge that much less at £861K per post, making £9.4million (according to a study from Buzz Bingo).
Nice work if you can get it.
Insta’s other top earners include Priyanka Chopra, who reportedly earned £3.3million last year, J Lo who pocketed £3.5million and Will Smith who made a cool £2.8million. Now we just need to become influencers, right?
It's not as if the Kardashians need any more money though, even though Kylie recently lost her billionaire status after Forbes claimed her cosmetics company had ‘forged tax returns’ to inflate their numbers. Kylie wasn’t happy following the news, tweeting: ‘what am i even waking up to. i thought this was a reputable site.. all i see are a number of inaccurate statements and unproven assumptions lol. i’ve never asked for any title or tried to lie my way there EVER. period.’
She continued: ‘“even creating tax returns that were likely forged” that’s your proof? so you just THOUGHT they were forged? like actually what am i reading. but okay… i am blessed beyond my years, i have a beautiful daughter, and a successful business and i’m doing perfectly fine.’ The star concluded: ‘i can name a list of 100 things more important right now than fixating on how much money i have’.
