As expected, the Kardashian kids were well and truly spoilt this Christmas. Kris Jenner gifted Stormi– Kylie and Travis Scott’s daughter – a playhouse bigger than most of our actual flats/houses (but if you watch the video, you can hear that what Stormi really, really wants is a Hermes Birkin purse, worth thousands and thousands of dollars). And North – Kim Kardashian and Kayne West’s daughter – was equally as spoilt, with the couple spending over $100,000 on, erm, Michael Jackson merchandise for the tot.

It was this gifting, which Kim shared on her Instagram stories, that inspired some jokes, with somebody then tweeting a fake screenshot, which claimed Kim had given North a bloodied shirt worn by JFK when he was assassinated. Some outlets from even ran it as a news story, which Kim was quick to shut down. Tweeting a screenshot of the article, she wrote: ‘WOW this is obviously fake!’ She then added, ‘Refinery 29, I did not get JFK’s shirt. That is a sick joke that someone tweeted as a fake IG story that I never posted.’

But, you can maybe see why some people believed the #fakenews, because along with buying North a fedora and a jacket worn by the late King of Pop, Kim also bought her brother Rob two of Elvis Presley's rings. Sharing a picture of the two rings – one with diamonds and one with a ruby in the middle – as well as the certificates of authenticity, Kim wrote: ‘I'm obsessed with auctions and my brother is the biggest Elvis Presley fan so I got him two of Elvis's rings for Christmas!’ For next Christmas, do you think Kim would be able to buy us some of Harry Styles' wardrobe?
