Whether she’s studying to become a lawyer or promoting Flat Tummy Tea, Kim Kardashian is never far from the headlines.
But now, it’s her house that is gaining all the attention - and, let us tell you, it’s garnered attention because theKardashianabode is weird. Seriously, seriously weird.
Don’t believe us? Kim showed off her home - aka as her ‘minimal monastery’ - while answering Vogue’s famous 73 questions.
And people were quick to notice that, despite her and husband’sKanye’s accumulated millions, the house is pretty, erm, empty. ‘Um am I the only one who finds Kim Kardashian’s entirely white and practically empty house terrifying instead of trendy,’ one Twitter user asked. (And no, dear reader, they are definitely not.) While another asked, ‘On a scale of one to "Kim Kardashian's house" how empty and haunting is your life?’
But, probably the maddest thing of all - apart from literally Kim and Kanye’s bedroom being, like, a wing of the house - is the kitchen.
Most specifically: the kitchen sinks. Which DON’T HAVE BASINS! ‘Can someone PLEASE explain the sinks at Kim & Kanye's house,’ someone asked. One Grazia staffer reckons they are pitched, and will just about be able to let the water drain out. But other wild - and more entertaining - theories have included people thinking the marble is absorbent, and that maybe they’re just invisible sink covers.
To be honest, unless Kim invites us round for tea, we'll probably never know - so we admire the person who answered, in true Kanye style, 'No-one knows what it means, but it's provactive.'
Thankfully, Kim Kardashian has picked up on the utter confusion around her sinks and released a bathroom tour on her Instagram Stories, explaining how exactly you use them.
'So since everyone was a little bit confused about our sinks, I thought I would just show you guys a little tour of our bathroom,' she says.
'Eight versions of this prototype sink was made, it does actually like slightly slope down. There’s a slit for the water and it goes in. You can put it on as high pressure as you want and no back splash will come up.'
And guess who helped design the sinks? You guessed it - Kanye himself, alongside designers Axel Vervoordt and Claudio Silvestrin.
