Khloe Kardashian has given an interview to People magazine about her relationship with Lamar Odom, and revealed they are not getting back together.
The reality star called off her divorce to Lamar last week - but has told the magazine that there is no 'romance' involoved.
"It's out in the media that we are back together, but I wish people understood that's not in our thought process right now," Khloe explained. "There are too many other important things, too many medical things. It's not even in our brains thinking about us as a couple or having a relationship right now."
"All I knew was I had to get there," Kardashian said of the reaction to the news he had been hospitalized. "I had to get to him and make sure he was okay. I hate that he was in that situation. I wouldn't want anybody in that situation, especially someone I love and care about. "I loved him always, and I will always love him," she added.
"I don't believe love is fickle. I believe when you love someone, you are allowed to love from afar. You don't have to be with that person in order to love him."

According to reports, Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom are not getting a divorce. Khloe has been by Lamar's side since he was hospitalized following a suspected drug overdose in a Nevada brothel. She has also reportedly split with her current boyfriend, James Harden.
*TMZ report that *Kardashian family lawyer Laura Wasser went before a judge and asked to withdraw the couple's divorce filing, which was signed by Khloe and Lamar in July. The judge granted their request and the file is "now dead". Their divorce, filed in December 2013, had yet to be finalised because the judge had not signed the papers due to a court backlog. Court documents also show that Lamar signed the new filing.
Kris Jenner confirmed the news in an appearance on Access Hollywood - "nothing but love" was what she said when asked how she felt about the news.
Khloe previously spoke about how she wasn't in a rush to get officially divorced, telling* Complex* magazine:
"I'm not rushing into my divorce because I'm not looking to get married tomorrow, so I don't have a deadline...I'm not rushing it. So when it's time and it's supposed to happen, it will...Lamar is genuinely one of the best people I've ever met, and everyone says that when they meet him...I think Lamar's gonna always be that person [for me] but that's what made it so special. Even if I had it for five years or whatever, it was the best ever and I'm grateful I did. Some people don't get that ever and I had that magic for a long time."
Khloe released a statement about Lamar's condition on her website this week.
Khloe also returned to Instagram after a social media silence with a birthday message to Kim. "Today is all about you" she wrote. "Thank you for always being there for everyone".
