A 2011 deposition has been unsealed at the reqest of Dr. Luke’s lawyer, in which Kesha answers questions under oath that contradict her recent suit against the producer alleging sexual assault, emotional manipulation and drugging.

The singer answered questions for the deposition three years ago when she and Dr. Luke were being sued by her former manager, says TMZ, and in it she is asked if the producer ever roofied her. She says 'no'. When asked if she had sexual relations with him she also answers 'no'.

Her laywer said asking the judge to unseal the deposition is a pathetic attempt to once again blame the victim, and says Luke threatened to destroy Kesha and her family if she didn’t cover up his actions during the deposition.

It does seem odd that she would be asked if she was ever roofied a.k.a. drugged by the producer. It’s not the kind of question you just pull out of thin air. Plus, it is possible that one would lie under oath out of immense fear for herself and her family, especially a young pop star with emotional issues.

The suit, filed last week, says the producer would force her to drink and then take advantage of her while she was drunk or high. And one time, he gave her ‘sober up’ pills but instead she passed out and woke up ‘sore, sick and naked in his bed,’ with no memory of what happened.

Dr. Luke filed a counter-suit saying Kesha filed the lawsuit so he would be forced to release her from her contract.
