Now, sources tell Grazia that Kendall’s absence highlights just how much the model is keen to distance herself from the Kardashians – and that she’s unlikely to be keeping up with their reality show next year.
Our insider explained: ‘Kendall’s no-show didn’t help escalating tensions within the family. Their mum Kris has always drummed it into them that family comes first, and Kendall’s hands-off approach in recent months has not been well received.’
To complicate matters further, apparently Kendall’s advisors have told her to scale back her involvement in the ‘family business’. ‘Reality TV and high fashion don’t sit well together’, said the source. ‘There are concerns that Kendall can’t continue to juggle high profile modelling with the type of salacious stunts that are the bread and butter of the Kardashian. While she clearly loves her family, she’s been vocal about wanting to have a career that is separate from her sisters.'
