How Do You Feel About PDA? Because Kendall Jenner Is Into It

The sound of kissing is vile. Unless you're the one fortunate enough to be engulfed in a passion-filled lip-lock, so beautifully earnest that your mind wanders far away from the noisy mechanics of it all, hearing the exchange of saliva that is not your own is not nice. The same goes for most instances of PDA that you yourself are not involved in. Which is why I really feel for whoever was sat next to Kendall Jenner and Anwar Hadid at the CDFA Awards afterparty the other night.

Models Kendall and Anwar were spotted smooching at the party at Socialista New York. TMZ shareda dark and blurry picture of Kendall straddling Bella and Gigi's younger brother and reported that the pair had been canoodling for a whole two hours before Kendall left alone at 4am. Two hours is certainly a long time to be sat aboard another person in public, but fair play, if this is anything to go by these two love birds seem to be really into each other and probably weren't counting on witnesses sending low-key seedy pictures of them to the tabloids...

A couple of years ago Kendall posted a picture of herself with Anwar to Instagram with the caption 'dibs'. It was cute, it was inconsequentially funny and for the most part no one batted an eye lid. She was best pals with Anwar's older sisters so it wasn't strange to see them in a close setting. But rest assured now that they've been spotted in a less ambiguously affectionate interaction, people will be heading back to that old Instagram post to try and unpick any tenuous links to their relationship being something more.

You see, unlike some of the other Kardashian-Jenner women, Kendall has typically kept pretty quiet about her love life. Though having been linked to a number of A-List eligible bachelors in the past - Harry Styles, Nick Jonas, A$AP Rocky, and so on - she's made a point to keep schtum about who she is and isn't dating. She once explained in an interview with Harpers Bazaar: 'If I'm not fully, fully in it with someone, why would I make it public to everyone else? If I don't even know what it is, why would I let the world know?'

So you'd understand why one would assume that PDA is not Kendall Jenner's way of doing things. But hey, sometimes you've just got to live in the moment and hope that your knee doesn't hit the stranger sat next to you when you swivel around to snog your fancy person head on.
