Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom’s on-again off-again relationship might be back on after the former couple were pictured holidaying together over the New Year in the Maldives.
The duo were photographed by an eagle-eyed tourist at the luxurious Amilla Fushi resort, where they were seen eating lunch together. The resort is in the UNESCO-protected Biosphere Reserve of Baa Atoll, surrounded by turquoise waters, rays and sea turtles, and is £1280 per night.
But before fans begin celebrating a reunion, it may just be a case of friendly exes meeting for a catch-up. According to a source speaking to E!: ‘Katy was in Dubai and then stopped over in Maldives where she met up with Orlando. It's a few hours away and Katy wanted to stop there since it was pretty close.’
32-year-old Perry and 40-year-old Bloom begun dating in January 2016, before announcing their break-up in February 2017. Since then, they’ve been spotted together on several occasions and previously sparked reunion rumours back in August, when they spent Labour Day together in Perry’s hometown of Santa Barbara.
Will there be any naked paddle board pictures in 2018? We can but dream.
