Wed love to pretend that the announcement of Khloe Kardashian’s pregnancy is brand new information but who are we kidding? The world has had more than a hunch for a really long time now.
The news, however, isn’t any less exciting of course. Khloe made the official announcement on Instagram (of course) with a picture of her and Tristan Thompson’s hands lovingly holding her baby belly. And no, we don’t think it’s a #InMyCalvins ad but it’d be a pretty impressive and well placed one if it was…
‘My greatest dream realized!’, Khloe wrote in the caption. ‘I had been waiting and wondering but God has a plan all along. He knew what He was doing. I simply had to trust in Him and be patient. I still at times can’t believe our love created life! Tristan, thank you for loving me the way that you do! Thank you for treating me like a Queen! Thank you for making me feel beautiful at all stages! Tristan, most of all, Thank you for making me a MOMMY!!!’
Khloe went on to thank and gush over boyfriend Tristan her lengthy heartfelt message and said: ‘You have made this experience even more magical than I could have envisioned! I will never forget how wonderful you've been to me during this time! Thank you for making me so happy my love!’
If you’re wondering why this took so long to come to light after what feels like months and months of gossip and deliberation about which of the Kardashian-Jenner clan were expecting, Khlow explained that they ‘wanted to enjoy this between our family and close friends as long as we could privately. To enjoy our first precious moments just us’. And us blindly frustrating as it has been knowing but not really knowing what’s been going on behind the social media windows, that’s totally understandable and not surprising in the least.

‘Thank you all for understanding. I am so thankful, excited, nervous, eager, overjoyed and scared all in one!’, she added. ‘But it's the best bundle of feelings I've ever felt in my life!’
But before you get too comfortable in the knowledge that there’s going to be another Kardashian toddler with a wardrobe that we as grown-ups couldn’t even dream of, the story is never as finite as it appears. We’re talking about the Kardashians, after all.
Enquiring minds still want to know what’s going on with Kylie Jenner, because isn’t she rumored to be pregnant too? And what’s the update on Kim and Kanye’s surrogacy?
Well, we might not have the facts but we do have the weirdest and most wonderful conspiracy theories that the internet (and Debrief HQ) has to offer.
1. The Kardashian Kristmas Kountdown
So you’ve probably had your eyes on Kim Kardashian’s Instagram recently and therefore noticed that every day of December she’s been posting family Christmas card style photos for their 25 Days Of Christmas countdown. Each one has revealed a different family member/scene/scenario. So far we’ve seen all of the kids, Kanye and Kris. There’s been no sighting of Kylie yet and with only a few days to go until the 25th, there’s only so much more to show.
Our bets are on the 25th picture being the big baby reveal of Kim and Kanye’s surrogate. And, if we’re lucky, Kylie’s pregnancy announcement (if she is actually preggers). A Kardashian style Nativity, if you will.
2. Khloe’s Fertility Issues
Okay this isn’t quite a theory anymore because it was confirmed in an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians that she ‘fake tried’ to get pregnant while she was with Lamar Odom. She said: ‘I fake tried. I was married so I knew the circumstances weren’t the healthiest so I kept pretending I was doing it. I had to stop because there was much deeper stuff going on in our marriage… I knew it wasn’t the right situation to bring a child into.’
3. Kylie is Kim’s Surrogate
The pregnancy rumors all came in pretty quick succession. And the assumption that has been made by many a social media sleuth is that Kylie is the one carrying big sister Kim’s baby for her. Kris Jenner has told the world that Kylie isn’t confirming anything a couple of times now, and while we’re all left to speculate, this seems to be the solution that the internet has landed on.
