In case you missed it, Justin Bieber melted hearts around the world when news broke he had serenaded his fiancé Hailey Baldwin while busking outside Buckingham Palace this week. Putting on a surprise set for his wife-to-be, Hailey blushed and filmed her doting boyfriend as he performed acoustic versions of Tracy Chapman's Fast Car, and his 2016 hit with Major Lazer and MØ, Cold Water.
Tourists swooned as Biebs dedicated the impromptu concert to Hailey, declaring:"That girl right there is the love of my life," and we're pretty sure even the Queen was spotted looking longingly out from the Palace window, wiping away a solitary tear (spoiler: she wasn't).
Hailey must have felt like the luckiest girl in the world. How many other women can say multi-platinum selling, award winning, mega famous Justin Bieber has dedicated a song to them? Serenaded them in public? Or declared his love in such an overtly romantic fashion? Well, it turns out quite a few, actually. This isn't his first rodeo.

It would appear Justin graduated top of his class at the Hollywood School of Rom-com Inspired Romantic Gestures. From turning stadiums into private restaurants and hiring out movie theatres for Selena Gomez, to whisking Sofia Richie away on lavish holidays Justin's pulled out all the stops in his previous relationships.
But serenading the ladies is his specialist subject and we've compiled a dossier of some of his best work:
1. Justin Bieber busking in Canada
Let's not forget where it all began. Before he was a household name and the object of teenage girls' desires around the world, JB was just a kid chasing a dream, busking on the streets of Canada for spare change and the hope of making it big. But at age 13 he already new the way to a woman's heart was slow, moody ballads and an acoustic guitar.
2. Justin Bieber singing Baby to a little girl
In 2010, after the release of this debut single Baby, 15-year-old Justin was beginning to make a name for himself as a tween heartthrob. It's probably around then he started to realise just how much he could play this serenading lark to his advantage. Testing out his theory on his younger fans before hitting the big leagues, Justin pulled a little girl from the crown at an acoustic set and sang the hit song with her on his knee.
3. Justin Bieber serenades Selena Gomez on stage
On New Year's Eve 2009, 15-year-old Justin dragged his 'good friend' Selena Gomez on stage for a special performance of his new single One Less Lonely Girl. Rumours the pair were dating began spreading like wildfire and in 2010 Jelena was born. Selena and Justin went on to date on and off for seven years in total, and we're putting this down to Biebs' serenading super power.
4. The age of the One Less Lonely Girl
Firmly establishing serenading fans and girlfriends alike as his MO, Justin decided to incorporate the romantic gesture into his set on his 2011 My World tour. It became tradition for Justin to pull out one girl from the audience to join him on stage during the song One Less Lonely Girl. The smooth operator even gave the lucky ladies a bunch of roses as a memento.
5. Justin Bieber sings to a TV presenter
With word of Justin's unique wooing technique spreading fast, a crazed mega fan disguised as a South African TV presenter demanded the singer serenade her during an interview in exchange for her services as a personal tour guide (we're not sure who the real winner is here). Ever the gentleman, Justin obliged.
6. Justin Bieber serenades Selena Gomez AGAIN
In the far more intimate setting of The Beverly Hills Hotel bar, Justin took the opportunity to declare his love to Selena through song once more. Luckily, a bunch of hotel clients were around to capture the sweet gesture and Justin's rendition of My Girl dedicated to Selena went viral in 2015.
7. Justin Bieber serenades Hailey Baldwin at Bucking Palace
Having recently denied rumours they were already married, Justin made his feelings for fiancé Hailey very clear when he stopped and surprised her with an impromptu concert outside Buckingham Palace. He's got this whole serenading thing down to a fine art by now.
