She may have been declared the [highest paid actress of 2016](http://Jennifer Lawrence Named As Highest Earning Actress Of 2016), but Jennifer Lawrence shows no signs of slowing down. According to her IMDB page she is already set to star in five new films in the coming year, and now she has another potential blockbuster to add to the list.

*The Hollywood Reporter * yesterday reported that J-Law has been cast as an icon of the jazz age, Zelda Fitzgerald.

The new biopic sees Lawrence reunited with Allison Shearmur, the producer of The Hunger Games series, the trilogy that catapulted Lawrence to fame. Currently titled Zelda, the script is based on a screenplay by Emma Frost, most known for writing the BBC period drama, The White Queen.

Nancy Milford’s best-selling biography Zelda provided inspiration for the story which documents the life of the critically acclaimed author, socialite and wife of F Scott Fitzgerald. Dubbed by her husband as ‘the first American flapper’, Zelda was Fitzgerald's muse yet also a big competitor, a relationship the film will be sure to look at closely.

The big question on everyone’s lips now is: who will play F Scott Fitzgerald opposite Lawrence in the film?

Let the speculation begin!
