Jennifer Lawrence Is Getting Married This Weekend – And Some Details Have Already Leaked

Our invitation to Jennifer Lawrence's wedding to Cooke Maroney seems to have got lost in the post. But, we're not the churlish kind so we're still more invested in her nuptials than we are in weddings of people we actually know in real life.

The major details we know about the event is the menu, which TMZ published. It sounds, unsurprisingly, like it's going to be amazing.

The starters are sweet potato flat cakes, brussels sprouts with cured egg yolk, smoked pork belly with pickled apple or salt cod beignets.

Then there's the main course, where guests have the choice between wood-roasted fish with herbs and lemon-infused butter or 5-week-aged leg of beef with forager’s sauce.

The couple seem to have taken the go big or go home attitude to the puddings, offering fire-baked sourdough bread pudding with chocolate, salted caramel and fresh apple, cauldron fritters with bourbon cream and cinnamon sugar or house-made marshmallow s’mores.

You might remember that last month Jennifer partnered with Amazon to create a 'wedding registry' of suggested gifts to buy for people who are getting married.So while you probably can't afford to have the same menu that she and Cooke are going to enjoy (unless you go for one beignet per person or just s'mores and nothing else?) you could end up with the same china patterns or water glasses they've got.

We don't know whether they'll be slathering photos all over the internet after the happy day, or going super private, but hopefully we'll at least get to see a picture of Jennifer in a wedding dress.

Fingers crossed she can make it up the aisle without a repeat of the iconic 2013 Oscar trip.
