America’s ‘cool girl’ Jennifer Lawrence is just like us, and she’s constantly reminding the world of it. From tripping upstairs to discussing barfing, she’s spent her career making sure we know just how relatable she is. Though she’s worth a reported $110 million (£79 million), lives in Hollywood and is friends with Emma Stone and Adele don’t let that get in the way of her explaining how she’s exactly like you and me.
Her most recent ‘normal’ person revelation came during one of the weirdest interviews I’ve ever read. Strangely, it was The Sun newspaper that got the scoop. And, even odder they hid it at the bottom of their showbiz column. Either this means they were hoping Lawrence (or her people) woulddn’t spot it or they weren’t convinced this would be big news as the actress has been on a relatability-binge lately.
According to Dan Wootton, J. Law doesn’t like hugs, bugs or dick. Funny because I don’t like bugs either. Doesn’t this just prove how down-to-earth she is? Well, her revelations didn’t stop there.
‘I am all bark and no bite.’ She said, ‘I always talk like I want dick, but the truth is when I look back at my sexual past it was always with boyfriends. I talk like I like it, but I don’t really do it. I am mostly also a germaphobe. I have made it this far without an STI. Dick is dangerous.’
‘If I was at the point where I could get an STI, doctors have already been involved. That is how much of a germaphobe I am.’ J.Law continued, ‘I am not in a relationship. I am making it clear that I have not had sex in a very long time. I would like to have a relationship, you know. It is hard out there.” With her total fear of physical contact, I’m not sure she’s really sending out a romance vibe.’
