Today is a great day people. If our calculations are correct, noughties popstar Dido is coming out of retirement and back to where she belongs; in front of a microphone. And, she's bringing Jedward with her.
According to Jedward's Twitter (guys I can't believe you don't follow them I am literally so embarrassed for you), they're hanging out with the Thank You singer, and there's a microphone involved.
That, to me guys, looks a lot like a late night studio session. A late night studio session that looks very much like it might result in a single. I mean, fingers crossed anyways.
One time I had to do a photo shoot in a hotel room with Jedward and I can honestly say it was the most fun afternoon I've ever had in my life/the hardest babysitting job I've ever had in my life. That on-screen persona you remember so well from the X Factor? Yeah, that's not put on, that's genuinely how they are; fabulously special creatures.
Also, side note: this is from the Wikipedia page for Jedward's first album, Planet Jedward: 'The album was released on 16 July 2010 to near-unanimous condemnation from the music press.'
Wow.
As for Dido? So glad Dido's back and A-OK and looks also like she hasn't aged a single day in like 18 years - which is when No Angel came out BTW; how's that for making you feel old.
Anyway - here's Here With Me because no matter when it was that you last listened to it, it already was too long ago.
