You'd have thought Orange Is The New Black star Jason Biggs would have learnt from his mistake last time he commented on American Pie co-star Tara Reid's body, when he called her a 'hot mess' last year. Apparently not - because he's gone and done it again on Joan Rivers' online chat show, *In Bed With Joan - *this time providing some pretty revolting commentary about both Tara and Lindsay Lohan.
When asked to pick between the Hollywood actresses, he picks Lindsay over Tara (despite Joan really pleasantly going 'really? REALLY?') because she has 'nice boobs'. Man, that's classy. When asked to clarify, he furthers that 'no-one knows what's going on with Tara's body. Tara doesn't even know what's going on with her body.'
We're so gobsmacked we can't even exercise sarcasm over what a cool dude he is for body-shaming women on TV for cheap gags. It doesn't paint Joan Rivers in a great light, either - her brand of comedy is famously bitchy, but laughing over Tara's allegedly botched surgery when you yourself have had a lot of plastic surgery, is pretty cheap.
Last time Jason hauled out Tara for an easy laugh, he went on to Twitter to unleash a sycophantic string of poor grammar - aka an apology. 'I love u Tara, it was a joke! Didnt mean to offend, Totally kidding around! it was a game! Xoxoxo.' We're not quite sure how he's going to come back from this one. Oh, wait - he's already been whining via Twitter, blaming the tabloids for picking up on the story, after they themselves insulted her body. We love OINTB - hell we love American Pie, too - but Jason you're being an arsehole. Go shove yourself in a pie until you've stopped reducing women to the mere sum of their parts.
