When it comes to early starts, Holly Willoughby has it hard on This Morning.
But it's about to get a whole lot worse when she joins Declan Donnelly down under to present I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!
According to The Sun, the 37-year-old is going to need to reshuffle her body clock pretty significantly to do the job - and that includes setting her alarm for 1.30am.
Holly, who is taking her kids Harry, nine, Belle, seven, and Chester, four, to Australia with her, will then need to be on-set at 2.30am for the show going live at 7am.
When the show does wrap up, the star and her co-presenter will need to film all the extras for the spin-off show I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here Now!, as well as pre-recording bushtucker trials.

The fashion favourite will then get a few hours to see her kids, before getting her beauty sleep with a bedtime of 6pm.
A show insider told the paper, "Everyone thinks Holly has got the easiest job but in reality it’s actually a really full on gig.
"As with any TV shows, especially live ones, there are lots of meetings, rehearsals and script reading. Holly and Dec will watch back what happened overnight so they know exactly what is going on in the camp and with the celebrities."
And as if the horrendous working hours weren't bad enough, Holly gets a grand total of 0 days off for the duration of the show.
Holly is taking over from Ant McPartlin while he takes a break from work, following this year's controversy surrounding the breakdown of his marriage to Lisa Armstrong, drink driving arrest and prescription drug addiction.
As awful as Holly's hours sound, we bet the pay cheque makes up for it!
