Holly and her TV producer husband Dan Baldwin have lots of exciting plans to change their luxury London pad, including plans to transform the garage in their £3m house into a studio flat for their live-in nanny, who looks after their three young children.
In Holly and Dan's application submitted to their local council, that was obtained by MailOnline, it was also revealed that the This Morning presenter also wants to add a second level to an existing brick-built garage at the end of her garden.

And there are big plans for Holly's workplace, too.
Holly and Phil traditionally take some time off to spend with their families during term-time breaks like the summer holidays and Easter.
And this time round there’s a newbie set to join the ranks, as I’m a Celeb’s Emily Atack has been confirmed to host the show from Monday to Thursday.
Joining her will be fellow camp mate John Barrowman, who stood in for Phil earlier this year.
Coming in second and third place respectively, Emily and John have already earned their stripes as much loved members of the ITV family, so bosses are confident that newcomer Emily will fit right in on the daytime telly giant.
