The boss of the firm paid by Elton John to ‘offset’ Harry and Meghan’s flights has previously attacked other celebrities for using private jets.
It comes afterElton John revealed that he paid for Harry, Meghan and baby Archie's flight to his home in Nice to ‘maintain a high level of much-needed protection’, adding that he ensured the flight was carbon neutral by making a donation to Carbon Footprint Ltd.

The comments were made in 2007, with the boss adding, ‘Every time you catch a flight you add a significant amount of planet-warming gases to the atmosphere and that only adds to the problem of climate change - the best thing to do is just not fly.’
A company spokesman told the paper yesterday, ‘John is away on annual leave and I’m not in a position to comment on what he’s said.’
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have faced criticism for their reported use of four private jets in 11 days, especially as last month Harry told conservation expert Dr Jane Goodall that the couple planned to limit the size of their family because of the environment.
