We've Got More Proof That Harry And Meghan *Really* Love Hamilton

Meghan and Harry have been keeping a pretty low profile this summer as they take a break from official royal duties and enjoy some down time away from the public’s prying eyes.

Apart from THAT kiss at the polo, looking like movie stars at Daisy Jenks and Charlie van Straubenzee’s wedding and of course the time Meghan nailed heatwave dressing on a visit to the Nelson Mandela Centenary exhibition, we really haven’t seen much if the pair recently.

That’s all about to change as they’ve announced a series of engagements on the Kensington Palace twitter account (@KensingtonRoyal if you fancy a snoop).

Among them is a trip to see west end hit Hamilton on August 29th at Victoria Palace Theatre. But it’s not just a date night, it’s for a good cause too, as the evening will 'raise awareness and funds for Sentebale's work with children and young people affected by HIV’, according to @KensingtonRoyal.

Sentebale was founded in 2006 by Prince Harry and Prince Seeiso of the Basotho Royal Family, and it works to help children and young people affected by HIV, specifically in the African countries of Lesotho and Botswana.

It’s fair to say Hamilton is fast becoming one of Harry and Meghan’s favourite plays, not only did the pair see it together on February 19 2017 - actor Leslie Garcia Bowman let it slip by tweeting ‘Was an honour to have Prince Harry and Meghan Markle in to watch @HamiltonWestEnd last night!’ – but Meghan and her bestie Priyanka Chopra posted on Instagram about seeing the show together in New York a few years ago.

Other engagements planned for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex include attending the annual #WellChildAwards at The Royal Lancaster Hotel on Tuesday 4th September, and #100DaystoPeace, a gala music evening in aid of Help for Heroes on Thursday 6th September
