So Instagram went into meltdown when the No Doubt frontwoman started posting makeup-free selfies a couple of days ago.
The series of three images, the most recent posted last night, show a different look completely for Gwen...
The pictures got a huge response from the singer’s followers. “Gwen you are so beautiful makeup free!” posted @serenagies6, while @barb0524 said: “How beautiful is Gwen without makeup?! Wow!!!”
But we think user @locolc summed it up best with their comment: “She's almost 50... FML.”
So does this mark the dawn of a new, more natural look for Gwen. Um, no. Her most recent snap sees her back to her signature look.
