What would you do with £25,000? Well, if you’re anything like Love Island winner Greg O’Shea{ =nofollow}, then the answer is probably 'be really sensible'.

Even though he reportedly dumped partner Amber Gillby text a few weeks after being crowned champions on the show, the two split their £50,000 winnings between them.

Now, the reality star has claimed that he is a ‘boring old fart’ as he chose to save the money in an English bank account, and waited for the Irish conversion rate to improve before doing anything with the cash.

Speaking on Irish radio show RTE 2fm, he said, ‘It’s so boring, I just saved it. I actually kept it in an English bank account and waited for the conversion rate to improve before bringing it across [to Ireland].’ He added, ‘I’m a boring old fart like that.’

At one point we thought Greg had done pretty well for himself, having made £25,000 for a few weeks of work. But, much to our relief, it looks like Amber has officially had the last laugh though, as she recently landed a £1million deal with MISSPAP.

A source close to Amber told The Sun Online, ‘Amber is on cloud nine - she signed the £1million deal and couldn't be happier. She's had every major brand in the UK fighting to sign her - it's been insane. Amber couldn't be more excited about the future and what else is in store.’

Posting on Instagram, Amber confirmed the news, writing, ‘Oh hey, it’s just me, your NEW MISSPAP babe. I honestly cannot believe it. So excited to be a part of the fresh Miss Pap brand. It’s been a long anticipated announcement by me and I’ve been dying to tell you all.’

The reality star's collection will be ready to buy in October, with Amber promising the collection will be 'inclusive for girls of all shapes and sizes'.
