Is there something in the water? Not one, but two stars from TV hit* Gogglebox* got engaged this week - although not to each other.
Eve Woerdenweber, whose break-up with Silent Jay rocked the nation a few months back (although some of us had mistakenly assumed they were brother and sister), announced she was engaged on Twitter after her partner Josh Smith proposed during a romantic trip to Venice .
She wrote: "I was proposed to in Venice and I said yes to my lovely fiancé. I love you sweetheart @Josh1on1"
A few days later she added: "Filming #gogglebox and trying not to stare at my beautiful ring from my beautiful fiancé & soul mate. #engaged (sic)"
And now Chris Steed, the** **Brighton hairdresser who appears on the show with ex-boyfriend Stephen Webb, has also got engaged to partner Tony Butland on Twitter.
Flashing a very blingy ring, he quipped: "It's official............I can't sing Beyoncé anymore thanks to @Tony_Butland x" on Twitter.
