The first teaser trailer for Gilmore Girls revival is finally here AND we have an official Netflix drop date, AND it’s almost the weekend. Thursday, you’re killing it.
Split into four 90-minute episodes, Gilmore Girls: A Year In The Life will cover each season in the year. Original cast members Alexis Bledel and Lauren Graham will be returning for the reboot, which is set to hit Netflix on November 24th. Mark that date in red pen in your diary, stat.
The show first aired 16 years ago and followed the unconventional (at the time) life of mother and daughter duo, Lorelei and Rory. Celebrating women with wit and brains, how could we not be excited for the first teaser of the new revival? You can’t tell me watching the trailer doesn’t fill you with nostalgia and warmth – the ‘let’s have a cup of tea and catch up about life’ vibe instantly makes me want to go home for a cup of tea with my mum and I don't even drink tea. Watch the teaser, and if your mum is currently miles away, call her on the phone instead.
