Georgia May Jagger has spoken out about the death of L'Wren Scott for the first time since she committed suicide last month. The model put up a posted an Instagram photo of herself and L'Wren, who'd been going out with her dad, Mick Jagger, for 13 years. Normally quite prolific on the site, this is the first post she's posted since L'Wren was found dead in her New York apartment on 17 March.

The shot, taken at the opening of the Serpentine Gallery in summer of 2013, was accompanied by the caption 'I miss L’wren so much and I am so sad she isn’t here any more. She was such a big part of my life… I will never forget all the fun times we had together. She was part of our family and always will be. Rest in peace.'

Georgia has very clearly been affected by L'Wren's death – she cancelled her catwalk appearance in Melbourne in the days after L'Wren's passing, and she flew to New York, where Mick was, to comfort him, according to The Irish Mirror. She also attended L'Wren's funeral in Los Angeles.
