Errol Musk, tech billionaire Elon Musk's estranged father, has been accused of sexually abusing five of his children and stepchildren, according to documents obtained by The New York Times.
Errol was allegedly sexually abusing his children in both California and South Africa, where he currently lives and where Elon was born, per police and court reports as well as interviews with family members and social workers. Errol has responded to the allegations and said 'the reports are false and nonsense in the extreme'.
According to the documents, the earliest alleged incident took place in 1993, which is when Errol's stepdaughter Jana Bezuidenhout claims he touched her when she was four years old. Jana alleges that she caught Errol sniffing her underwear 10 years later.
In 2018, Errol announced that he and Jana had welcomed a child together 14 years after he divorced her mother, Heidi Bezuidenhout. Errol reportedly has nine children including two stepchildren.
