Emily Ratajkowski made a statement on the red carpet last night. Not a fashion statement, but, rather, a rather pointed message aimed at Harvey Weinstein{ =nofollow}.

Yesterday, the disgraced film producer came to a $25 million civil settlement with more than 30 accusers. Lots of people are angry - and Ratajkowski took last night's red carpet as a prime opportunity to call out the producer.

Attending the Uncut Gems premiere – produced by her husband Sebastian Bear-McClard – the model flashed her underarms to reveal that she’d written ‘fuck harvey’ on her arm.

Later, Ratajkowski shared an image of the moment on Instagram, alongside the caption: ‘Today Harvey Weinstein and his former studio made a $25 million deal with his victims. Weinstein, accused of offenses ranging from sexual harassment to rape, won't have to admit wrongdoing or pay his own money. #nojusticenopeace.’ (Weinstein has denied any wrongdoing.)

According to The New York Times, as well as being approved by the courts, the settlement would require everybody to sign off on the deal. As Ratajkowski said, it has been reported the settlement would be paid by insurance companies representing his former business the Weinstein Company. Crucially, Weinstein would also reportedly not be required to admit wrongdoing.

Weinstein had his bail increased to £3.8mn yesterday, after criminal prosecutors said he had disabled his ankle monitoring bracelet at least 56 times in two months. They also accused Weinstein of going missing for hours at a time - although the alleged sex offender's lawyer has said this was because of an issue with the ankle tag's ‘batteries.’

Ratajkowski has spoken out about about the Me Too movement before, telling Harper’s Bazaar that there are ‘a lot of power dynamics that have been deeply sown from the very beginning of the industry’.
