It really does seem like all we've done this year is binge watch TV. First, there was the madness of Tiger King, then the heartbreak of Normal People, followed by the incomparable I May Destroy You. And oh, don't get us started on Selling Sunset. But looking at the new trailer for Netflix's Emily In Paris, we are totally ready to inhale another series. And we can't wait, as it's from some of the brains behind Sex And The City and The Devil Wears Prada. Eek!

What are Emily In Paris' links to Sex And The City?

The series is the brainchild of American producer Darren Star, the man behind Sex and the City and Younger. As if that wasn't enough, Patricia Field - the woman responsible for the costumes on SATC and The Devil Wears Prada - has put together the gorgeous outfits: that dogtooth suit, the berets!

What is Emily In Paris about?

Netflix tell us that Emily in Paris follows 'Emily, a driven twenty-something American woman from the Midwest, who moves to Paris for an unexpected job opportunity, tasked with bringing an American point of view to a venerable French marketing firm. Cultures clash as she adjusts to the challenges of life in a foreign city, while juggling her career, new friendships and love life'. Sounds interesting, right?

Who is in Emily In Paris?

Lily Collins has the starring role of Emily - and, by the looks of the trailer and the promo, is going to be wearing some seriously enviable outfits. Ashley Park stars as Emily's friend Mindy Chen, and other stars include Lucas Bravo, Philippine Leroy Beaulieu, Camille Razat, Samuel Arnold and Bruno Gouery. Kate Walsh will also appear in the series, alongside William Abadie and Arnaud Viard.

When - and how - can I watch Emily In Paris?

The show was originally supposed to air on US Paramount Network, but Netflix have since snapped it up. Emily In Paris comprises of 10 episodes, at 30 minutes each, and they’re dropping on the streaming service on 2 October. (So not long to wait, then.)
