The Inbetweeners actress, 34, has not documented her relationship on social media, but was first spotted with boyfriend Dr Alistair Garner back in September as they enjoyed a date in London.
Since then, the pair have gone from strength to strength, with a friend telling The Sun that they recently moved in together and Emily's pregnancy is the 'perfect end' to her year.
