There's couple goals, and then there's Dua Lipa and Callum Turner. When they're not twirling each other around under the Eiffel Tower, watching the sunrise at Glastonbury or taking cute photos of each other on their film cameras, they are cementing their status as a fashion power couple too.
Arriving at the 2025 Met Gala in a beaded, black Chanel dress with matching gloves, Dua looked like a cut out from The Great Gatsby, while her boyfriend (or fiancé) matched in a tailored, black suit. As far as red carpet couple debuts go, it doesn't get more chic than that.
This year's Met Gala theme, which runs in tandem with the Costume Institute's latest exhibition, is Superfine: Tailoring Black Style and is a nod to Black dandyism.
Dua and Callum have been dating since January 2024 and appear to be going from strength to strength, but they have not posed for pictures on a red carpet together until now. Naturally, fans are very excited to see them together at the iconic fashion event. 'I want what Dua and Callum have,' wrote one doting fan on X. 'Get you someone that looks at you the way Dua Lipa looks at Callum Turner,' posited another.

Dua's sheer black gloves could not hide the sizeable looking diamond on her left ring finger either – adding fuel to the all but confirmed engagement rumours that started circulating last December.
It seems the happy couple had already been in New York for a week prior to the Met Gala, with Dua posing for pictures backstage with the cast of Oh, Mary! at the end of April. She is back to business next week, with the next leg of her 'Radical Optimism' tour beginning on 11 May in Madrid. No doubt Callum will find time to join her for some Michelin star tapas somewhere en route... And we'll be scanning Instagram to see if he does.
Dua and Callum might not be shy about their whirlwind romance – with the singer regularly sharing pictures of Callum on social media and the pair smiling for photographers whenever they are spotted together – but they have kept as many details of their relationship private as possible.
We do not know exactly when they got engaged or how it happened, or whether they were dating before January 2024. What we do know, however, is that they are adorable. In every picture, Dua and Callum look besotted with one another and we love to see it. It only makes sense that they now have a Met Gala portrait to add to their collection.
