Usually when you ask a celebrity what the weirdest story they've ever heard about themselves is it turns out to be something really boring like 'Oh I read once that I dated Niall Horan, how weird is that?' Not that weird actually. We were after something a little bit more interesting than that.
Luckily, Demi Lovato is on hand to deliver. When asked said question during a promo session for her new single, she replied that she'd once heard that she 'flicked a girl's vagina in a meet and greet.'
Wait. What?
So the full story is that apparently a few years back, a fan went bonkers and posted a heartfelt missive online about the time she supposedly met Demi Lovato at a meet and greet. The full post went like this...
'She was rude, not classy and she lost a long time lovatic that day. I walked into the $350 M&G and say hello she replies with "fat" and I shook it off because I thought maybe I had heard her wrong. As I approached her and asked to do my pose she stared at me blank faced. I continued talking "you saved my life" I say "you’re the reason I’m alive today." She looks me dead in the eye and says "you’ll die soon enough fatty" and then whispered "obesity." I started crying I had never felt pain like this and she started laughing and said "are you crying? Stop it. Stop it now" and she flicked my vagina.'
Is that not literally the best thing that's ever been posted on the internet? Imagining lovely Demi Lovato as a Machiavellian vagina flicker is going to keep me going all weekend.
Here's the weird thing though; the original accusation (which was posted on a Twitlonger) has also been directed, word for word, at Lana Del Rey in this Tumblr post. Although, tacked onto the end of this claim, is the fact that Lana Del Rey is now harrassing the poster via Snapchat (presumably sending her videos of vaginia flicking), also, if you don't believe her, the poster says, ask Lorde. Because Lorde was there too. Naturally.
Oh, and as for the original Demi Lovato accuser? She's still maintaining that the whole thing's true.
Best. Day. Ever.
