Hearing the name Craig David may leave you feeling nostalgic, (or majorly cringing) over your teenage crushes, but after seeing him perform on Radio 1Xtra and then at Bestival this weekend, you’ll be wondering why he’s not on your favourite Spotify playlist.

Last Thursday the Seven Days singer was spotted by Radio 1Xtra guests Kurupt FM and joined them in the studio. Craig decided to ‘rock it up for the Kurupt crew’, and performed ’00s classics Re-Rewind (The Crowd Say Bo Selecta) and Fill Me In, as well as some of his new work.

And, instead of just singing the classic 2001 version of Fill Me In, Craig wanted to bring the song up to “2016 level”, so he incorporated Skrillex and Diplo with Justin Bieber’s Where Are You Now. This is what happened:
