This Year's Coachella Line Up Has Been Announced

Beyoncé, Radiohead and Kendrick Lamar have been announced as the headliners for this year’s Coachella festival and we are already anticipating the bombardment of fomo-inducing sun soaked posts to our insta feeds.

Beyoncé, who has made previous surprise appearances with both Jay Z and Solange, will become the second female to ever headline the California festival, following in the footsteps of crazy-in-a-good-way Bjork. After the huuuge buzz that surrounded Lemonade and her Super Bowl show in 2016, we look forward to seeing what Bey has in store for her headlining set.

Fellow headliner Kendrick, raised in nearby Compton, is also no stranger to the Coachella stage, appearing with Ice Cube, Dr Dre and Snoop Dogg back in 2012, while Radiohead, the only act to be so far confirmed for this year’s Glastonbury, are dab hands, topping the bill in both 2004 and 2012.

They will be joined by Bon Iver, Schoolboy Q, Lorde and film composer Hans Zimmer, while The xx, New Order and Stormzy will all be flying the flag for the UK.

The 18th Annual Coachella will be held at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California on April 14-16 and April 21-23.
