Chloë Grace Moretz has reportedly been granted a temporary restraining order against a man who showed up at her home unannounced - twice within 24 hours.

The 18-year-old offender was arrested and charged with trespassing on June 30 - after climbing over a gate at the 22-year-old’s family home in the Los Angeles area, according to The Mirror. The restraining order means the alleged stalker must stay at least 100 yards from Moretz, her two brothers and her mother. The temporary order - which was granted - was filed by Mortez’s brother Brandon. But it’s up to a judge to decide whether it will become permanent following a hearing later this month.

According to legal papers filed in LA., the ‘unknown trespasser’ began ‘violently banging on the doors and windows of the residence in an attempt to gain access to Chloë Moretz and her family’. When he returned the following day, the man was rearrested, with charges against him upgraded to a felony stalking charge - according to TMZ, his bail reportedly shot up from $1,000 the first time to $150,000.

The star was granted a restraining order against another alleged stalker in December 2017. She is yet to publicly speak about the latest incident.

Her upcoming roles include voicing Wednesday Addams in the animated remake of The Addams Family and starring as a WWII fighter pilot in Shadow in the Cloud.
