On 25 March, we were finally able to congratulate Cheryl Cole and Liam Payne on welcoming their first child.
The couple both took to Instagram to confirm the happy news, posting a Polaroid-style picture showing Liam holding the newborn boy.
And now, the name of their first child has finally been revealed. According to The Mirror, the couple have named their baby son, Bear Grey Payne.
A source revealed to The Sun, “Cheryl and Liam wanted to get to know their baby before deciding on a name. They didn’t have the name Bear before the birth."
They continued, "But they’d been thinking of a name since meeting him and they just felt it suited him."
And Liam has finally confirmed the news. He took to Twitter to reply to a comical tweet by Bear Grylls, who congratulated the A-list pair on their name choice.
We're still holding out for more sweet Instagram snaps of the newborn, though.
