She went sci-fi blonde to pink in a matter of weeks, but now model/actress Cara Delevingne has done something very dramatic indeed to her tresses: chopped them all off.
Wait, what?! Is this a new hair trend we've hitherto missed?

Cara is currently filming Life In A Year, the story of a 17-year-old boy who finds out his girlfriend is dying and attempts to give her an entire life's worth of experiences in the one year she has left to live. Cara's role as the girlfriend requires her to lose her hair and so, as she documented via Instagram stories, the actress cut it off.
How's that for dedication to the role?
Posting a picture of her pink-white locks on the floor to the social media platform, Cara wrote on the snap in purple 'Oh no!'. She later posted a picture of herself with a brand new pixie crop, captioning it: 'I'm coming for you @lifeinayearmovie'

Fans commented on their love for her new 'do', one writing 'I dig this look' and another, 'Getting Twiggy vibes with this hair'.
And that wasn't all Cara treated her followers to yesterday. She also posted a slow-mo video of herself practising martial arts, in association with Puma, under which she wrote: 'Thank you so much @martialsmarts.toronto for showing me how to protect myself @puma #doyou'
