It’s official! Cardi B is pregnant.
She revealed her baby bump on NBC TV show Saturday Night Live in a skin tight white custom Christian Siriano gown after weeks of speculation and gossip from the media, and a bit of strategic bump hiding by Cardi B.
'I'm finally free!' Cardi screamed in an Instagram video taken after her performance.
Now, she’s revealed why she kept her pregnancy a secret from the public.
Posting on Instagram stories the rapper wrote: ‘This is why i did not wanted to say nothing, People be so thirsty to scrutinize and try to destroy something that itsuppose to be a blessing.’
She later deleted the Instagram stories post calling people out for their negativity, but not before The Shade Room screen grabbed it and posted it to their feed for all to see.
And if you take a look at some of the comments under pictures of her bump on Cardi’s Instgram feed, you can see her point; ‘bet you gonna misscairage’ wrote one user, ‘I thought you said you didn’t want a kid cause it would “ruin your career” what happen?’ added another, ‘All sayimg dont preach somé shit u not éven p practicing what does it make number 5 baby mother like it just it's a little like much every chick from the hood basically almost every chick from the hood because I was one of them and I got out of the hood so all all well wishes and respect but shaking my head @iamcardib’ a third said.

And there's no shortage of comments about her fiancé Offset too.
‘Congratulations it would be more better if it was not offset baby but now u have to deal with his other babymama celine powell which mean there's drama on the way,’ wrote one Instagrammer, another wrote: ‘Sooo lmao. Your man always cheating. And has a baby on you with celina. And u reward him with a child. You hies are soooo silly. Disgrace to hispanic woman. U grew up with a mom and dad. Holding each other down. U wud think u would do the same for ur kids. Wow’
TMZ thinks Cardi could be up to six months pregnant, as her team reportedly told people staff at the Super Bowl in February that she didn’t want to be in the party atmosphere because she was 3 to 4 months pregnant.
However far along she is, when Cardi is ready to reveal more details about Baby Bardi, she will do – and she should maybe think about disabling comments on some of those Instagram posts for peace of mind.
