It’s not often that a celebrity gets a totally cool, totally original tattoo. In fact it’s not often that anyone gets a totally cool, totally original tattoo. But one lady you can rely on to do something creative when it comes to body ink is model turned actress Cara Delevingne.

The 24-year old paid a visit to her fave NYC tattoo artist Keith McCurdy, aka Bang Bang NYC, who shared a video of his creation with his 1.4 million Instagram followers. The eyes on the back of her neck are so intricately drawn that it makes you feel like they’re watching you. Which, we guess, is kind of point.

McCurdy, who works from his studio on Broome Street in NYC, has also left his mark on Rihanna, Miley Cyrus, Justin Bieber, Rita Ora and Katy Perry. This ink joins Cara’s family of 20 plus other tattoos, including one magical creation that she debuted at Poppy’s wedding that sits below the eyes.

The first time Cara made headlines with her tattoos was back in 2013 when she got that lion on her index finger. Since then there’s been the Made In England forearm tattoo, her Mum’s name Pandora on her arm, her matching tatt with pal Jourdan Dunn and even some ink on the bottom of her toes courtesy of Suicide Squad co-star Margot Robbie. Maybe her next tattoo could be a pair of those world-famous brows tattood above the eyes?

Stay weird, Cara.
