Following news that Cara Delevingne’s ex Michelle Rodriguez is now cuddling on boats with Zac Efron, paparazzi descended on the model’s west London home. Looking for a teary moment, an outburst or basically Cara doing anything that they could sell as a reaction to the news her ex-boo has moved on so swiftly, they got what they were looking for. That’s because Cara was livid that, at 1am, when she was simply trying to go home and chill out/sleep (she loves sleeping), she was being pursued by a pack of photographers.
She tweeted:
She also Instagrammed a video of her journey from her car to her home, in the glare of camera flashes so bright and frequent they look like strobes.
In the video, you can make out her squealing, saying ‘watch out, someone’s gonna fall over’ then ‘oh my god… wow!’ and she captioned the video: ‘1AM and 15 hours at work and this is what I have waiting for me. At least I am nice, if I was gonna fall over, they would definitely not tell me grrrrrrrrr’
This incident is just the peak of a bad feeling she has towards the press lately, as she had a go at assorted members of the press for making up stories about her:
The photos have made their way on to a website – you know which one, we’re not linking – and Cara looks pretty annoyed. The headline says that she’s ‘keeping it classy’ by not mentioning Michelle or her new relationship, but we wonder how much of that could be said for the people chasing her for her photos…
And now, back to some ‘real’ journalism…
