It's been a busy few months for Meghan Markle. Not only does she have a new Netflix cooking and lifestyle show, With Love, Meghan, under her belt, she is also rebranding her lifestyle brand, previously known as American Riviera Orchard, to 'As Ever,' which is dedicated to beautifully-crafted essentials.
Now, to the delight of fans, Meghan has announced that the first drop of products will finally go on sale this week. The products include limited edition wildflower honey with honeycomb for £21.60, flower sprinkles priced at £11.60, Flower Sprinkles and her raspberry jam in ‘keepsake packaging’ which will cost you £10.80. The website also has a range of teas to buy, including herbal lemon ginger tea, herbal hibiscus tea and herbal peppermint tea, and shortbread cookies with flower sprinkles.
According to Meghan, the lemon ginger tea blend is 'a fuss-free spin on the warm drink I make at home using fresh lemons from the garden' while the crepe mixture 'transforms a typical weekend breakfast into a chance to reminisce.'
In a newsletter to subscribers on March 31st, Meghan wrote: 'Ever since I can remember, I’ve been dreaming up easy ways to elevate the everyday into the exceptional. I always knew that I wanted to turn these ideas into something real, and to make beautiful items that spark connection and celebrate quiet, meaningful moments. Maybe mimic the magic of Montecito in a way you can recreate at home,' she said. Of course, you’ll find the raspberry spread that started it all, presented in keepsake packaging that you can repurpose to tuck away love notes or special treasures, and to remember this pivotal moment with me. Think of it as our time capsule.'
Megan's jam has been in the making for a while. She originally soft launched her new jam last year, when she sent jars to 50 of her closest friends and influencers, including Mindy Kaling, Chrissy Teigen and Abigail Spencer. A the time, Chrissy took to Instagram to gush over the product. 'We jammin!!," she captioned a video. 'This might have been one of the best bites we've had all year - all we used is some rustic bread, salted butter, triple cream brie, thick cut bacon and some @americanrivieraorchard jam! took about 8 mins total and made us happy for the entire weekend.'
And now, after months of anticipation, fans can get their hands on the products via the As Ever website. However, the text next to the jam reads 'coming soon', which suggests the product is not available to buy yet. When speaking about the jam in the As Ever newsletter, Meghan continued: 'And by the way, once you’ve enjoyed every spoonful of this fruit spread, you may want to do what I do: rinse the jar and use it as a small bud vase for flowers on your nightstand, or to hold your pens on your desk.'
Alongside her food produce, Meghan has also created a Shop My page which is a curated page of items she likes. On the page, there's a mixture of shirts, bags and jewellery, which are all available to buy if you want to channel her effortless style.
Meghan also urged her subscribers to follow their inner 'value, creativity and joy,' continuing 'You are you - As ever, and for ever.'
