Camilla Thurlow And Jamie Jewitt Don’t Owe Anyone Their Wedding Pictures

Jake Quickenden has come under fire for sharing photos of the big day before Jamie and Camilla, but it's OK that they're not rushing to post anything on social media.

A huge congratulations to Jamie Jewitt{ =nofollow}and Camilla Thurlow, who have just tied the knot. The pair, who met on Love Island back in 2017 and came second place, welcomed daughter Nell in October 2020. And they got engaged in February, after Jamie adorably dressed up daughter Nell in an outfit that said: 'Mummy, will you marry my Daddy?'

The only reason we all know they tied the knot is because Jake Quickenden (of many reality shows fame) shared some pictures of the occasion - which happened yesterday - on Instagram, with some gorgeous snaps below. Camilla and Jamie are yet to share their own pictures of the big day yet. Which has caused some anger among fans, as Jake broke the news, and not Camilla and Jamie. 'Beautiful pics of everyone but maybe the bride and groom might be the best ones to get in there first,' as one person commented.

But we're presuming Jake - who does seem like a nice guy - probably asked Camilla and Jamie permission before posting the snaps. And in a world which is obsessed with Instagram follows and likes, it's alright that Jamie and Camilla don't feel that bothered about plastering it on social media yet.

Maybe Camilla and Jamie haven't decided on the best pictures, or they just want to leave it a while before sharing. Whatever the reason is, they don't owe anybody the details of their big day. It seems bizarre that people are getting so angry that Jake has shared the photos, almost as if we all expected Camilla and Jamie to post it first.

Yes, the pair might have met on Love Island - but that was years ago now. And, even if it wasn't that long ago, it that doesn't mean that their wedding day, one of the most important and sacred days of their life, has to be live broadcast on Instagram live. Sometimes, not everyone wants to do their wedding Married At First Sight UK{ =nofollow}style. Even if they are reality stars.
