Being very nearly actual grown-ups in 2015, we've long since come to terms with the fact that, while we appreciate One Direction and their sharply tailored suits and lady-charming lyrics, we're probably a little bit too old to understand the full magnitude of their appeal.
So it was with great interest then that we learned of a rumble kicking off between the boys and someone that was very much a big huge star when *we *were young. On Friday, actress Eliza Dushku, formerly Missy Pantone the bad ass cheerleader from Bring It On and Faith from Buffy The Vampire Slayer was asked to vacate the hotel room she'd been staying in in Pittsburgh for the past two months while she filmed a movie so One Direction could have an entire floor.
The actress posted an Instagram picture of all her her boxed-up belongings, writing: 'Don't worry @OneDirection... It was super chill movin outta my hotel room so u can have the ENTIRE FLOOR I've been staying on for 2 months.' One Direction fans were quick to jump to their heroes defence, commenting that it wasn't their fault and that, it was probably the management that arranged it. And, TBF it was probably for security reasons or something; patrolling one floor for mad fans has got to be a hell of a lot easier for One Direction's no doubt overworked security teams than patrolling several.
Anyways, Eliza didn't seem too pissed off. In fact, she kind of seemed to be enjoying herself. She later Tweeted: 'Ha! I'm laughing, it's all good @onedirection. Assuming...: Tix or pix for my friends kid..?!! ' Which is good. Because if there's one person you don't want to get on the wrong side of, it's Missy Pantone.
