Brad Pitt, Hollywood’s most eligible bachelor, has been linked to several actresses since splitting from Angelina Jolie last year, but according to ‘industry sources’ he’s just enjoying single life right now.
‘In a sense, this split was good for Brad because he sized himself up and realized there had to be changes,’ a source told People magazine. ‘He has been going out but there is nothing serious in the dating area at all, nothing to speak of at this point.’ The source went on to summarise Brad's dating status as 'casual'.
The actor has been the subject of various dating rumours over the past 12 months. First there was Kate Hudson, which the actress laughed off (she is after all very close friends with Brad’s other ex-wife, Jennifer Aniston), and which were quashed once and for all by her new dating status with beau Danny Fujikawa. Next up was Sienna Miller, who he had reportedly been looking cosy with at Glastonbury in the summer, before most recently Jennifer Lawrence, which again was nixed by her maybe-reunion with Darren Arronofsky (Brad Pitt: ultimate rebound romance?)
Our favourite silly romance rumour though? That he was dating the actress that played the young Angelina in Maleficent. Yes, 21-year-old Ella Purnell.
