And some fans believe that Chyna might have put her own spin on the outfit - which one fan dubbed 'the fashion nova version of Marilyn Monroe'. We have to be honest, it does look very similar to Kim's dress, but you can see Chyna rocking the outfit for yourself below. (It's worth noting that Chyna has not said whether or not it was a dig at Kim.)

Earlier this week, Chyna's huge case with the Kardashians came to an end, with Chyna being awarded zero damages. Chyna - who used to be engaged to Rob Kardashian, and shares five-year-old daughter Dream with him - claimed that Kim, her sisters Khloe and Kylie Jenner and their mother Kris Jenner conspired to axe her and Rob's reality show, Rob & Chyna. She was claiming £77million, alleging she missed out on economic opportunities from the cancellation of the show. However, the Los Angeles Superior Court ruled against her. Chyna's lawyer has now said she's planning to file an appeal, and Chyna's mother, Tokyo Toni, has said she's trying to raise $400,000 to help fund it.

Kim wearing the Marilyn outfit at the Met is still causing controversy, days later. Losing 16 pounds - in just three weeks - to fit into a dress which she only wore on the red carpet for a few minutes, before changing into a replica, has been seen by many as extreme and unhealthy. Riverdale actress Lili Reinhart recently called out Kim on her Instagram story, claiming her comments set a bad example to fans, and were an example of how toxic the entertainment industry can be.
